Steel Producers to be Presented New Types of Equipment and Solutions

More than 100 Russian and international equipment suppliers and advanced solutions providers have already confirmed their participation in Metal-Expo’2017 (November 14-17, 2017, Moscow, Russia).

Leading Russian equipment suppliers including Ormeto-YUMZ, EZTM, VNIIMETMASH, Tyazhpressmash as well as Metal-Expo regular exhibitor from the Ukraine NKMZ will present their expositions at Metal-Expo. All the companies are members of Metallurgmash, the International Union of Metallurgical Equipment Producers which will have an individual stand at the exhibition.

Among Metal-Expo regular exhibitors is KAMI Association uniting 23 leading Russian suppliers of industrial equipment, enterprises, research institutions etc. The Association will present a wide range of steel processing equipment.

Reltek, a leading Russian engineering company and producer of induction melting and heating plants, semi-conductor high-frequency generators, ultra-sonic purifying units etc. will present its latest solutions. Similar induction melting equipment will be exhibited by Inductotherm Group.

A big International exposition from 15 world countries including such industry leaders as SMS Group (Germany), Danieli (Italy), Wisdri and Sinosteel (China) will exhibit complex equipment supply solutions.

A number of leading international manufacturers of industrial lines and sheet processing machines such as Gertner Group (Austria), Vernet-Behringer (France), Atomat, MetalForme, Fimi, Fives, Mair Research (Italy) will also be found among Metal-Expo’2017 exhibitors. Such types of equipment are in high demand among Russian steel structures plants, steel service centers, as well as tube-rolling, metalworking and engineering companies.

Press-forging, as well as cutting and slitting machines will be exhibited by Dango & Dienenthal (Germany), BLM Group (Italy) and Vi-Mens (Russia). Liebherr (Germany) will show a wide range of handling machines and manipulators while Kwintmadi and Megarex (Russia) will present construction and road building machines.

In general, the whole range of equipment and solutions used at every production stage in steel-making and metalworking will be presented at Metal-Expo’2017.

MMK-Project Solutions enters the steel structures market

MMK-Project Solutions LLC, a subsidiary of MMK Trading House, has entered the steel structures market. The company's production base is a new mechanical engineering workshop launched in 2025. The facility is equipped with unique machinery capable of performing large-scale and trial assembly of heavy structures — a capability available to only a limited number of market players. The company operates as an aggregator and operator of large-scale projects, placing orders both at MMK's own facilities and through a partner network of steel structure plants.

Steel structures and foundry technologies: specialised exhibition complex concludes in Moscow

The participation and strong interest shown by international exhibitors, particularly Chinese companies, underscores the strategic potential of the Russian market.

Complex of international specialised exhibitions on steel structures and foundry technologies opens in Moscow

The complex of International Specialised Exhibitions Steel Structures'2026, Metallurgy/Litmash.Russia'2026, and the new exhibition project Steel Service Centres'2026 has opened at the modern Timiryazev Centre exhibition complex in Moscow. Running alongside the exhibition complex on the same site is the Wire'2026 exhibition. The organisers are Metal-Expo in partnership with Expo-Fusion.
