Metal-Expo Delegation Attends Tube'2018 and Wire'2018

Metal-Expo delegation visited a complex of industrial exhibitions Tube’2018, Wire’2018 in Duesseldorf, Germany, the largest European industrial platforms for world leading producers of tubular and wire/cable products, special steels, as well as manufacturers of state-of-the-art equipment and machinery. Many Tube’2018, Wire’2018 industry leaders from Russia and the CIS are Metal-Expo regular exhibitors, among them: ChelPipe Group, TMK, Urals Pipe Works, Severstal-Metiz, VSMPO-AVISMA, Red October Steel Works, Metinvest International, KUZOCM, Electrostal Heavy Engineering Works (EZTM), Byelorussian Steel Works, Tsvetmetobrabotka, Dneprospetsstal, Centravis etc. International steel producers and equipment manufacturers, Many Metal-Expo international exhibitors also arranged massive expositions at the events: ArcelorMittal (Luxemburg), Prime Metals (UK), SMS group (Germany), Danieli (Italy), Fives (France), Gertner Group (Austria), Aperam (France), BLM Group (Italy), Prestar (Czech Republic), Olimpia 80 (Italy), Tubacex (Spain), Atomat (Italy), Mair Research (Italy), Elmaksan (Turkey), Dango & Dienenthal (Germany), EJP Maschinen (Germany), KAMAG (Germany), FASPAR (Italy) etc. Meta-Expo delegates conducted a number of successful meetings and negotiations with international companies about their participation in the biggest in Russia and the CIS steel industry event Metal-Expo’2018 (November 13-16, hall 75, VDNHa, Moscow, Russia).

What to expect from the Metal-Expo'2026 program of events

From 10 to 13 November 2026, the 32nd International Industrial Exhibition Metal-Expo'2026 will once again take place at the Expoforum Convention and Exhibition Centre in St. Petersburg. The event will bring together steel and metals producers, manufacturers, and consumers of metal products, equipment and technologies. More than 600 companies from Russia and abroad are expected to participate in the exhibition, while over 25,000 representatives of enterprises from various sectors of the economy across Russia and neighbouring countries are expected to visit Metal-Expo'2026.

Volgograd branch of Severstal Kanaty commissions new rope-making machine

The Volgograd Branch of Severstal Kanaty JSC, part of the Severstal-metiz Group, has commissioned a new high-performance rope-making machine. The modern equipment is designed to manufacture 6-strand and 8-strand steel wire ropes weighing up to 20 tonnes.
